At Vero Moda Oslo, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form inside the parcel to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your parcel at any authorized collection point and keep your receipt as proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.
